We are looking for high calibre candidates who have graduated from University (2:1 or higher) to join a prestigious company based in the city. Sales experience is preferred but not essential. You would be a self motivated individual that is highly ambitious. Our client is a leading international search and select firm specialising in financial services. The successful candidate would be placed in their London office but after a year would have the opportunity to work in their Hong Kong office.

You will be:

• Sourcing candidates


• Attending network events


• Managing the interview process between client and candidate


• Business development and building client relationships


• 360 recruitment process


• Have a good understanding of the finance industry

• 25k Basic – 40-50k – 1st Year OTE
