Passport and Visa Consultant - The Visa Team Ltd - London W6

The Visa Team is a rapidly growing business providing Business, Offshore, and Marine Visas, as well as passport services. Due to continued expansion a requirement for a Passport and Visa Consultant has arisen based in our London Hammersmith office. As a Passport and Visa Consultant you will undertake a variety of tasks & responsibilities: * Complete all applications to an extremely high standard ensuring profile information is taken into consideration with items such as Nationality, current Passport & Visa’s held, and personal contact information. * Proactively maintain relationships with clients. * Helping with any problems your client may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the entire process.

• Assist clients with problem solving and providing solutions where possible.


• Actively engage with all areas of the business to build internal and external relationships.


• Occasionally dealing with currency. Visa and Passport Consultant skill attributes:


• Extremely high attention to detail.


• Good working knowledge of Passport & Visa requirements and Embassy services * Excellent planning and organisational skills * At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role


• Excellent communication, both written, and verbal. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel * Self-motivated and persistent.

The suitable candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, and be confident in dealing with our clients both remotely by telephone, email and face to face. An ability to demonstrate an excellent customer service is essential for this position, as well as problem solving ability.
