Our client a Prestigious Motor Trade Dealer based in West London is looking for an experienced Motor Trade Sales Administrator with excellent administration skills to join their team of Sales Professionals working office hours Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with an hours lunch. The purpose of the role is to support the achievement of the Corporate Sales business plan by maximising sales of new vehicles to new and existing customers via telephone and email. To be the main contact for certain customers, dealing with all operational matters, from receiving initial enquiries through to vehicle deliveries, in line with department procedures. As a Motor Trade Sales Administrator you must have at least 2 years strong administration skills preferably from a Motor Trade Car Dealership background, attention to detail with excellent customer service skills. Motor Trade Sales Administrator Assisting the Customer Support Executives Typing up customers/leasing company orders Receiving enquiries from new and existing customers and dealing with them in accordance with customer service level agreements Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests Arranging Demo vehicles for our customers and booking these in on our internal systems Provide quotations for vehicles, taking into account the agreed customer terms Spec checking of Vehicles Following up calls for Demos and Deliveries Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements Prepare general correspondence, mail shots and reports as requested. Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
