Position Description
We are looking for Admin support to assist Quality Engineers in collating documentation. This resource is part of our progressive quality and assurance documentation and is under lined by our London Bridge station redevelopment Quality strategy 2016.
Responsibilities:
• To provide administration support for the Quality Management team in collating documentation.
• Duties may include word processing, creating spreadsheets/presentations, and filing.
• An extensive knowledge of software systems and strong communication skills are desirable.
• Take and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• File, photocopy and scan documents.
• Keep spreadsheets up to date and input data if necessary.
• Create presentations and documents.
• General administration day to day activities.
Required Experience
• Experience working with technical drawings and documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Pro-active and self-starter

Site Description
London Bridge Station Redevelopment (LBSR) project is a circa £990m project to upgrade the existing London Bridge Station over a 6 year period. The project includes changing the station from nine stopping and six through lines to six stopping and nine through lines. The construction work includes demolition of brick arches, extensive piling, steelwork erection, new platforms and a complete station fit-out of all services and finishes.
