Telemarketing Executive - Excellent bonus scheme and career!
Our client is an established and growing specialist staff engagement consultancy with a prestigious portfolio of clients. Due to their continued expansion they are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Telemarketing Executive who can further develop this exciting business.
The role requires results orientated and hard working individuals with an excellent telephone manner and the determination to succeed.
The individuals will be targeted on, initiating and developing sales opportunities (B2B) by making outbound calls and making qualified appointments for Field Sales Executives at Director and CEO level.
The role:
Cold calling new and existing clients with a view to making appointments and selling over the phone
Booking appointments for the field sales team to meet the clients and deliver the discussed solution
Develop and increase current sales revenue
Working to targets and deadlines
Producing weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Full product training will be provided
Skills and attributes of the Telemarketing executives:
Previous telemarketing desirable but not essential
Must be target driven and have a proven track record
Energetic and focused
Strong interpersonal skills
Articulate with excellent spoken English
Business acumen
