The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role
– To source candidates meeting specific requirements and expand talent pool.
– Maintain and develop candidate relationships.
– Keep candidate data up to date on the recruitment specific software.
– Support consultants with the sourcing and matching of candidates to client requirements.
– Once graduates have finished their training they will move into a full 360 recruitment consultant role.

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
– A recent graduate with a 2.1 degree or higher.
– A hardworking and career-driven graduate.
– 12 months office administration or sales experience (preferable but not essential).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Financially motivated graduate with a competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed whilst remaining ethical, empathetic and service-driven within recruitment.
– An enthusiastic, proactive, positive thinker who is hugely self-motivated.
– An interest in recruitment and in the world of business and finance.
