Baggage agent - London Heathrow - BBA Aviation - London Heathrow Airport

Key Responsibilities:
Working individually and as a team to deliver a first class service to all our customer airlines.

Moving/ handling/ loading baggage items in a safely manner.

Operating specialist equipment, BRS scanners, EBT (electric baggage tugs), any approved manual handling products.

Repetitive uplifting, working in confined space.

Handling outsize baggage

Loading/unloading on to baggage trailers and off ball matt work areas

Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations

Perform any other operational or administrative duties as may be reasonably required by the coordinator and senior member of staff.

Qualifications

Key Skills:
Flexibility, service minded and good work ethic

Must pass medical

GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above in English and Mathematics

Full, clean driving licence & have driving experience

Able to work individually and as part of a team.
