running of your department in order to achieve your business

and personal objectives, along with those of your team and

Lewis brand, providing the level of customer service which

makes us unrivalled in the marketplace Job Requirements Selling Partners are required to take an active interest in the

management of their department so you should have an

understanding of retail, be aware of who John Lewis’ s

competitors are and be comfortable offer advice to

customers. Our aim is to solve any customer queries/

complaints quickly so you should be confident in managing such

situations to a successful conclusion for both our Customers

and the business Required desirable experience skills and qualifications Previous experience of selling – for specific department
