Marketing Executive
Primary purpose of the role:
To work closely with and assist marketing business partners in marketing activity delivery with the aim to
increasing the overall awareness and profile of the Randstad brands in the UK
To serve as the point of contact for events, merchandising, promotions, job-boards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To consistently deliver to brand across the Randstad business lines
To ensure that all campaigns are embedded into operations and tracked for ROI
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully execute marketing strategies and campaigns by working with the marketing business partners to
create high-quality mailers, training materials, Intranet updates, contact lists from database, etc.
Write clear, persuasive, original and effective copy for all styles of marketing campaign & proof-read all
marketing materials
Keep all digital promotional platforms (including social media) up-to-date with the latest news and campaign
information for each of the business lines
Work with the online marketing executive to manage and ensure maximum return on investment from
relationships with third-party job boards
Devise a system to measure RoI for campaigns, as well as local, regional and national events
Support the branch network on exhibitions and seminars, with arranging, attending, messaging and follow up,
as well as on agreed ‘point of sale’ material in branches
Create an online merchandise store and maintain an overview of the merchandising needs of all business lines
Create and compile targeted promotional campaigns
Monitor and co-ordinate the production of print advertising, ad-hoc mailer requests, promotional materials,
displays, collateral, and printed stationery for all business lines
Answer central, customer service and marketing telephone communications
Skills and Competencies (in addition to competency table below):
Excellent copy writing skills, strong attention to detail and creative flair
Proven experience of working with social media
Sound organisation skills and flexibility, with experience of managing multiple work streams
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Creative, flexible, pragmatic, can-do approach.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and with a dynamic marketing team
