EMEA Credit Manager Job Role – 65k (with additional bonus), Great Location

Your new role
The role itself will be a challenge, but extremely rewarding. You will be in management of 20+ credit control staff (covering different European ledgers – with fluency in various languages), this includes supervisory staff and controllers. The role will offer you the chance to develop staff whilst getting involved in managing and assessing risk with EMEA customers, you will also be given the opportunity to manage the collections of receivables in 7 currencies, trading through 15 legal entities. This in an unmissable chance for the right candidate to really make an impact to a global business and be a key decision maker within the company, there will be a lot of liaison and projects/process improvements alongside some of the most senior members within the establishment worldwide.

What you’ll need to succeed
If you have a CICM qualification, you are off to a great start – however this is not an essential, but without doubt a benefit. The system is SAP, so again this would be desirable. Requirements which are a necessary include advanced excel, leadership abilities (managed a team of at least 10), an ability to work well under pressure and a good analytical ability. Multilingualism is a plus but not required, however if you have previously managed multilingual teams this will be a massive bonus. If you have a skill set which allows you develop your employees to the best of their abilities and have a proven track record of DSO improvement/ creating a good work ethic/ developing a successful team with a way in which you can have fun with it, then this could be the right role for you.
