HR Officer wanted for a growing Hospitality Business
London Based role with National Coverage
£35,000 to £40,000
Expenses covered

* Champion the people agenda by delivering change programmes that improve
operational performance, identify, attract, secure and engage top talent,
improves/develops the effectiveness of our people and people managers and ensures
our remuneration and benefits offering is attractive.
* Support managers by providing an HR service and solutions that help them drive
their team’s successes and performance
* Actively drive the people plan, providing support, expertise and challenge.
* Participate in HR strategy and policy development in partnership with the Head of
HR and the wider HR team.
* Support the business by delivering an HR strategy that drives and supports the
values and culture of the organisation while achieving the organisation’s
business goals.
* Provide advice/guidance to resolve complex people concerns
* Deliver proactive, targeted, effective, commercially focused HR services and
solutions
* Act as a performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people
management practice
* Lead, drive and delivery HR or cross functional projects and initiatives (could
include merger, acquisition, TUPE and organisational change activity)
* Key performance indicators related to your brands/departments
* Effective communication plan delivered that ensures all employees are informed

Profile
*A minimum of three years’ experience at HR level in a Hospitality or Retail environment.
*Good standard of education up to Degree level or relevant experience;
*Excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it
practically to workplace situations
*Experience of performance management and working within defined policies
and procedures.
*Desirable but not essential- CIPD qualified
