Basic salary 22k with realistic OTE in your first year of 40k. Some of our top billers have earned a six-figure salary just in their first couple of years in recruitment! As you develop and gain more knowledge your OTE’s will go up considerably in year 2 and 3.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be involved in the whole process from cold-calling clients and candidates to interviewing candidates to having client meetings.

Key requirements:
-Graduate 2.2 or higher
-Confident e.g. debate groups
-Competitive e.g. sports
-Hard-working
