Credit control office assistant



Our client is a housing association that specialises in residential management and mixed use property development in the UK. Our client is expanding by the minute and they are looking for a Credit Control Office Assistant to become part of the team. This role will be perfect for a candidate that that experience within property or a secretary role within property. The company has many growth opportunities, a family orientated company that exceeds in seeing employees grow.


Role:


As a credit control office assistant within our clients company, your role will be collect and chase overdue payments on behalf of their clients, by contacting customers by telephone and letter. All action taken must be in accordance with the procedures laid down by the Company, agreed by the client and conform to the laws, which relate to their services. Other duties within this role will be to complete general office admin for the team in charge of.


Essential Skills/Knowledge and Expertise:


· Experience of working within a chasing payment or property role


· Experience of working within a team


· Experience of negotiating with others


· Accurate keyboard skills


· Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner


· Ability to work on own initiative


· Excellent attention to detail


· Ability to negotiate with customers


· Ability to meet and exceed targets set


· Flexible approach to work
