About the Role – Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant / SEN TA – Southwark
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant / SEN TA your role will involve supporting teaching and learning across the school and you will be working with pupils who have a range of SEN requirements. The main duties of the role will be the management and organisation of booster groups and smaller, individual sessions. It is expected that you will utilise the training and CPD on offer to further your skills and monitor the progress of pupils in your care. As with all support staff at the school you will receive the support and expert guidance of the highly experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).
