Calling all Dutch speakers! We’re looking for someone with experience in Complaints Handling looking to take their next step into a Team Leader position. What the job entails:
* Speaking with customers & clients whilst advising the best solution to deal with their complaint.
* Drafting letters from scratch.
* Conduct high quality investigations to assure the appropriate decision is reached.
* Monitor teams performance and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent Dutch and English both spoken and written.
* A customer orientated individual.
* Experience in Complaint Handling.
* Someone with fantastic communication and written skills is a must.
* Insurance/finance backgrounds are preferable.
