Property Maintenance Electrician

Growing, professional and friendly Property Maintenance Company has a vacancy for a Maintenance Electrician to join the team as the company grows based on new clients and increased work loads

The role will require the Electrician to attend various managed properties in and around London, quite often privately owned Flats and Apartments to complete various reactive repairs and some maintenance work

The company is looking for an Experienced Electrician with good previous work experience and 17th Edition Qualifications

A Pasma and CSCS card is also very advantageous but not essential

The company is offering a good basic wage, they a modern company working to efficient systems. They support their tradesman and look after them as much as possible. They have a very good client base and a lot of work on presently with more added all the time.
