Account Manager – Media Sales Recruitment
Basic c. £28k
OTE c. £45-50k
Benefits include a competitive commission structure, Quarterly & Annual Bonuses, 24 days annual leave
Based East London
The Person:
– Experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of billings, and maintaining and developing accounts
– You must have experience within Recruitment/ Account Management
– Must have experience within permanent recruitment
– Experience within Media Sales Recruitment is desirable, alternatively our client are happy to cross-train
– You must have the ability to network, build relationships, and business development
– Account Manager must have a thorough, organised approach to recruitment, and a consultative nature
– Account Manager must possess excellent communication skills, and a polished presentation

The Role:
– To Account Manage a Commercial, Hot desk with established clients – within Media Sales
– This role will involve placing Commercial related candidates with Media Sales experience (such as Business Development, Account Managers, Creative Solutions) into a Key Account within the business
– You will primarily work with a Key Account, one of the largest Media Companies in the world
– You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Key Accounts and winning new business
– You will complete all aspects of an Account Management role- acting as a point of contact, client visits, interviewing candidates etc.
