Back Office Administrator - Financial Services - City
THE COMPANY:
Our client, a reputable Investment Management company in the City, are looking for an experienced back office administrator who has worked to targets and SLA’s within Financial Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, energetic, sociable and proactive team.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all tasks are undertaken in an accurate and timely way, ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements and operating procedures
• Ensuring client satisfaction and provide value added processes and controls
• Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external clients
• Identifying correct document classifications and index accordingly so items are routed to the correct areas of responsibility to ensure processing takes place by agreed deadlines
• Inputting, updating and maintaining data to accurately reflect account authorities and information
• Adhering to workflow priorities, ensure processes and controls relating to client transactions are followed so that errors and omissions are kept to a minimum
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the company and team members
• Escalate potential risk and exception items to the Team Manager or designate and to participate in the resolution of problems/issues
• To adhere to SLAs with internal/external service providers
• Flexibility to take additional responsibilities/tasks as needed to support the team and wider business
THE PERSON:
• FS Admin experience of data input in a target /SLA driven environment
• Proactive, hands on, flexible approach to work
• Team player building rapport within the team and wider business
• Ability to process large volumes of data as part of a team
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practice in particular Anti Money Laundering and Account Opening Processes
• High level of attention to detail
• Intermediate+ MS Office
• Results / task focused with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
