I am looking for a talented and creative chef de partie to work in an established and disciplined kitchen under a head chef who has a wealth of experience.

The style of the food is modern British tapas. Using classic french and Spanish techniques among modern and innovative cooking methods, this provides and excellent opportunity for a chef de partie to sharpen up their skills.

The hours are long and the pressure is high. It is a hard kitchen, but also very rewarding. Sharing plates are at the front of modern British dining and this is easily one of the best restaurants in London.
