Chinese speaking Sales and Customer Care Advisor





Job title: Chinese speaking Sales and Customer Care Advisor
Salary: £21,000 (plus performance bonus of up to £3,000) per annum + excellent benefits
Location: South East London
Sector: Fashion
Hours: 37.5 hours weekly
Start date: ASAP
Languages required: Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English

Direct customer service:


*Providing high standards of customer services role spanning all forms of communication (including inbound telephone, email, live chat and social media contact)
*Helping customers to register online
*Liaising with customers with regards to returns, order status and providing general timeline logistics information
*Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice
*Dealing with complaints and escalations


Order processing:


*Order processing on the in-house software system
*Liaising with the shipping department to solve issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns
*Tracking orders
*Assisting the finance department with customers on security checks (calls or emails) and any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers


ESSENTIAL SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS


*Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and spoken)
*Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
*Strong experience in customer service or/and luxury sales
*Keen interest in fashion and luxury brands
