Job Title: Group Advertising and Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location; London
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 plus commission

The Company:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading communication agencies specialising in B2B publishing, content creation and business event and information. With a portfolio spanning across engineering, aerospace, manufacturing and cross-sector technologies, this is a fantastic opportunity for and experienced advertising sales specialist to drive the business forward.

The Role:
As Group Advertising and Sponsorship Sales Manager your responsibilities will be to;
– To drive sales revenue across all areas of the business in relation to the agencies and advertisers you will be responsible for
– Manage a sales team and ensure all advertising solutions are delivered effectively to agencies and advertisers
– To develop all members of your team through coaching, performance management and objective setting
– Work closely with the Publishing Director using your own expertise and initiative to maximise revenue across a portfolio you will be responsible for
– Providing leadership and inspiration for all members of your team

Your Profile:
To be a Group Advertising and Sponsorship Sales Manager with my client you must have:
– To be able to demonstrate leadership skills by motivating and managing a team
– Strong working knowledge of digital and print advertising solutions across B2B titles
– Extremely organised and efficient with strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills
– Evidence of past strategic development successes
