My client is a high profile charity in London seeking an Internal Communications Change Manager on a 18 month contract.


Description


Within this diverse role, you will be required to:


– Manage the Internal Communications function – including line management of one staff member.


– Support the executive team and other senior staff in communications the new organisational strategy in a way that is inspiring, meaningful and and instantly understood by all staff.


– Manage and monitor the internal communication programme so that internal stakeholders are informed of organisational news, issues and direction.


– Measure the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review and amend as required.


– Represent internal communications on projects as required to ensure internal comm needs are included.


Profile


The successful candidate will have the following attributes:


– Experience developing or contributing to internal communications strategies


– Experience of measuring the effectiveness of internal communications


– Experience of advising senior managers and internal stakeholders on internal communications challenges


– Experience of successfully managing projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish


– Involvement in managing an intranet and team of intranet editors/contributors


Job Offer


The client is offering a competitive salary between £36,000 – £40,000 per annum on a 18 month contract.
