The Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant Person Specification
This school will be hoping for a confident, eager graduate who is able to demonstrate a passion for teaching and a willingness to really help manage and motivate students to raise their own learning in conjunction with an exciting curriculum and a positive energy in class! The perfect candidate will be able to bring their coherent and efficient communication style to the classroom, and look to help students manage the workload by helping them digest small sections at a time. The Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant Role
In this Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant position you will be working flexibly across the whole Key Stage 1 phase, and will be helping the class teacher with planning lessons and maybe also taking small groups yourself to help over/underachieving students improve. Establish yourself as an educator and actively involve yourself within the class, offering support to students of mixed abilities.
