Primary Teacher with Strong Behaviour Management - Redbridge
Are you seeking a new opportunity for after Easter to get a Primary teaching position with greater satisfaction? Where you can make a real difference to future generations? If you answered yes, I have the solution for you.
I am working with a Pupil Referral Unit located in Redbridge who require inspirational primary teachers with outstanding behaviour management skills. You must have a strong and nurturing personality and have the ability to improve behaviour for learning in the classroom.
This particular role is a full time, ongoing post starting as soon as possible!
The school serves across its local borough in East London offering a short term intervention for children ages between 4-11 years old who are struggling to cope in mainstream settings and whose behaviour potentially puts them at risk of permanent exclusion.
They offer a nurturing learning environment of smaller classes which helps them to better engage in the classroom, acknowledge and develop their own emotions and behaviours enabling them to make academic progress and improve personal growth.
Whilst it is not essential for you to have SEN/SEBD experience, it is of course beneficial. The school are however happy to work with strong mainstream teachers who are determined to make a difference.
Most of pupils are from the local borough however there are a few from the surrounding areas. They teach all pupils the National Curriculum and they personalise learning to meet the individual students’ needs. You will therefore be able to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons so that each pupil can achieve their individual objectives.
If you hold an up to date DBS disclosure, able to provide 2x work based child related references and are available immediately please apply below or contact Danielle West directly in the office.
Please note: You will only be contacted if you are a fully qualified Primary teacher and hold QTS.
