Property Director
Property Director to manage the acquisition of new stores and management of the current retail portfolio across the UK.
My client is a well known retail brand with a current portfolio stretching across the UK. With the ever changing retail landscape, retail property is a key factor in the successful development of any retail business.
We are therefore looking for a Property Director to join this business based in London to manage the existing store portfolio but also be the business lead on the acquisition of new sites.
This could start as an interim role or be considered as a permanent position.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience negotiating exsisting company leases to ensure best ROI for the business
- Previous experience sub letting retail space
- Negotiating new land deals for the business and identifying suitable and commercial sites for the business to move into
- Experience working on a range of store sizes is a benefit
- Subject matter expert in the due diligence of property management within the retail sector
