Team Secretary



My client is a well established construction and property consultancy.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality and efficient personal assistance, secretarial and administrative support to a team of surveyors.
• Provide secretarial services to the department
• Understand the team and assist in their duties, deadlines and priorities
• Deal with clients, managing emails, diaries, setting up meetings, providing briefing materials and co-ordinating travel
• Open job files with information provided
• Audio and copy typing of all correspondence, reports and minutes
• Assist with marketing material and tenders
• Raise and process invoices and some debt collection
• General administrative/secretarial duties including the handling of all post, live filing, dead filing, faxing, photocopying, dealing with deliveries, organising couriers, ensuring efficient use of administrative/quality assurance systems;


My client is seeking a candidate who:


Has audio & copy typing experience
A confident & capable diary manager
Has a minimum of  2 years of experience of providing team admin support
Is pro-active and able to use lots of initiative
Has good attention to detail
Has intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
