Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales and Marketing
Basic to £25k
OTE £30-40k

The Person:
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be highly driven, energetic and motivated to be successful. They are looking for honest people, with an excellent work ethic, who are looking to earn serious money! Strong communication skills are essential, with all levels. You must be collaborative in your approach, possess a proactive, “can-do” attitude and project intelligence. You will also have the confidence to communicate with clients and candidates at a senior level whilst embracing the company’s values and culture. A consultative approach is key! Sales experience/Recruitment experience is essential. They are especially open to seeing candidates with hospitality/events/industry experience.

Our amazing client is an independent Recruitment Consultancy, established in 1987. They specialise in Temporary and Permanent Office Support staff, particularly Senior PAs and EAs. They are also specialists in placing Sales and Marketing Executives, and HR and Finance professionals at all levels. In 2015 the company rebranded and have amazing growth plans. The company set targets as a guide but give plenty of autonomy to achieve them – no micromanagement. There is an excellent formal training programme in place, both classroom and on the desk. Most trainees go in as an Associate Consultant and to a full consultant over 6-9 months. The Role:
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultants will manage a portfolio of key client accounts, maintaining existing relationships and building new ones. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face with clients and candidates. High calibre candidates will be sourced using various methods, including the company database, LinkedIn, job-boards, head-hunting and referrals. You will also keep up to date with the market via press releases, social networking and through clients and candidates.
