You will work on a Health Education England funded project seeking to evaluate techniques and measures designed to change staff culture within healthcare professional practice.
You will have a PhD in psychology or a related research area. You should have a good understanding of research relating to managing behaviour change and health professional behaviour. Previous experience of designing and delivering behaviour change interventions and of working with healthcare professionals along with a developing publication record would be advantageous.
