We are working with a number of award winning specialist recruitment agencies that are looking for 2016 graduates to join their graduate schemes this summer. We are only looking for the best graduates therefore you would need to be aiming for a 2:1 and have shown that you are a competitive, hard working individual. Recruitment is a sales job so any sales experience or relevant commercial experience is preferred but not essential.

Recruitment is an extremely competitive industry and many people do not succeed however for the right person the potential rewards are extremely lucrative & rewarding. A graduate recruitment consultant should be hard working, articulate, ambitious and very money motivated. Successful graduates have reached director level within 3 years and can be earning in excess of £100k a year by that time hence why the industry is so competitive.
