£22k starting salary

You’ll be working for a leading Financial Recruitment Firm placing high calibre individuals into senior and executive positions within the financial market such as Investment Banks and Hedge Funds.

You’ll be dealing with candidates typically on £100k+ salaries, placing them into both SME’s and large Blue Chip Financial institutions. You will be allocated a specific market and become an expert in your specialism.

The company is known for their gold-standard service and you will be trained in how to be a highly professional and consultative Recruitment Consultant and in turn you will receive the gold-standard commission on offer.

Your Role as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given thorough training and continual development to make sure you can maximise your potential. You will be taught everything from how to conduct a successful sales call, how to manage face to face meetings with clients, understanding your niche market and headhunting the best talent in the market place.

As a Recruitment Consultant your job will be fast paced and highly varied. There will be long hours and demanding targets, however the rewards can be excellent.
