The Opportunity
We deliver our work through approximately 10,500 employees based in our countries of operation, Regional Offices and at International Headquarters and our Human Resource Information System reaches every member of staff.
We are currently recruiting for a SAP HCM System Analyst to join our Global IT team at International Headquarters for a period of 6-12 months to provide maternity cover. This role has significant impact and influence on the use of Plan’s HR Information System and also contributes to the delivery of several of the key objectives in Plan’s current strategic plan.
The Systems Analyst has a global reach, acting as the key functional point of contact for many different stake holder groups at all levels in the organisation, providing support services for the system and ensuring that it is utilised as effectively and consistently as possible.
Typical responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring that the use of HRIS is effectively supported and milestones are achieved
- Providing stakeholders and users with the skills and knowledge to be able to implement and use the system
- Ensuring that functional reporting solutions meet the needs of the organisation
- Regularly updating and sharing documentation, training and communication materials
- Implementing fixes and enhancements in accordance with planned delivery
Understanding of either SAP HCM or Success factors and the business processes associated with HR Information Systems is essential.
You will have a strong grasp of business process design and mapping with the ability to analyse and interpret problems and provide robust solutions. With excellent attention to detail and good organisation skills, you will ensure that you make timely assessments and progress or assign calls appropriately. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively with others will be imperative given the multiple stakeholders, managers and users you will support.

Type of Role:6-12 month maternity cover contract
Reports to:SAP Technical Lead
Salary:£35-45,000 per annum
