RMIT exists to create transformative experiences for our students, getting them ready for life and work, and to help shape the world with research, innovation, teaching and engagement. This approach is well-captured in RMIT’s founding motto, “A skilled hand, a cultivated mind”. It is just as relevant today as it was in the mid-19th century, and it leads us to the driving focus of RMIT’s current strategy: “Ready for life and work”.

The College of Science, Engineering and Health (SEH) comprises four recently restructured large Schools delivering a broad range of programs in science, engineering, health and technology from apprenticeship, certificate, bachelor, masters and PhD levels. Many programs articulate between vocational and higher education, creating pathways for students further study.

The School of Health and Biomedical Sciences is seeking an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology to contribute to the program coordination, teaching and research activities in the Discipline of Psychology. The Associate Professor will play a leadership role within the clinical program and will be required to contribute to the design, development, review and evaluation of quality teaching and learning programs, improving student experience, ensuring an effective teaching and learning environment for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
