Senior HR Business Partner






A Senior HR Business Partner is required to join our HR Team on a permanent basis.

This role will require regular travel across London, the South of England and the Midlands.


WHAT THE SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE INVOLVES:


As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be working in partnership with the Directors and management to ensure that the business is equipped to create a high performing environment that supports employee attraction, engagement and retention.


Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will see you:


-Developing and delivering people plans aligned with the Operations Business Plan
-Managing a small team of regional HR professionals
-Playing a key role in driving the business towards achieving people related targets as well as strategic objectives
-Taking overarching responsibility for the delivery of an effective, expert and business lead HR provision to your region
-Working collaboratively with your colleagues within Resourcing, Learning & Development and the HR Shared Service Centre
-Building the profile of the HR service and managing the effective embedding of change


WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:


Although you may not have worked in the accommodation, hospitality or retail sectors before, you will be a practised HR professional with experience gained as an HR Manager or Senior Business Partner in a multi-site operation.


What is really important to us is that your experience has included:


-Previous experience of operating within multi-site, customer focused operation
-Experience in managing a small team of HRBP/Advisors
-In-depth and demonstrable knowledge of employment law, HR policy and practice and its practical application, including experience of managing TUPE
-Highly developed business partnering, relationship building, communication and influencing skills
-A strong background in coaching and developing non HR staff
-Leading in project delivery and management
-CIPD qualified
-Full UK Driving licence
