A Commissions Analyst is required to join the leading source of intelligent information for the world’s businesses and professionals, to sit within their Finance and Risk department. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team in a crucial role for the business where you will provide end to end commissions management and ownership for your designated global business group.


Information about the role


This role will see you completing accurate and on time commissions calculations and valuating annual commissions plans. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating employee changes to commission targets and ensuring all annual/ quarterly targets and payments are accurately reported on the system. You will perform monthly reconciliation, variance analysis and adjustment processing. You will also need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and present your commissions statistics to them on a quarterly basis.


Information about the candidate


The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a Commissions role, or experience in a Finance/ Accounting position. It is crucial that you have excellent knowledge of Excel and can manipulate pivot tables and formulas and produce graphs and charts to analyse data for presentations. You should have strong analytic skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
