Sales Administrator - Fixed Term Contract
Hamptons International has an exciting opportunity to join a great team as a Sales Administrator.

Our Sales Administrators are involved in;
-Overseeing the administration relating to all sales processes
-All formal correspondence to clients/applicants
-Answering the telephone and referring calls to the appropriate member of the team
-Registering applicants` details
-Booking valuations
-Organising and attending team meetings, creating agenda
-Maintaining the filing system
-Booking photos/floor plans/EPCs and organising property brochures
-Regular chasing of outstanding documents
-Producing mailers and maintaining canvassing records
-Booking advertising and submitting copy
-Completing banking paperwork and processing invoices
-Chasing outstanding payments
-Collating all monthly and weekly invoice returns
-Compiling weekly and monthly statistics
-Ordering stationery
-Keeping up to date attendance records
-Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
Successful applicants would ideally have;
Our Administrators thoroughly enjoy working with people, provide outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with friendly sales people.
-Your idea of a successful day is being kept busy, organised and helpful – nothing is ever too much trouble.
-You ideally have previously worked in Estate Agency or a similar environment
-You`re a well organised team player, excellent oral and written communication skills.
-You enjoy organising an office to ensure it runs smoothly – and have previous experience of doing that well
-Highly computer literate – in databases, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
-A friendly and professional approach
