Bid Management Assistant




A global consultancy are currently looking for an experienced Bid Management Assistant to complete a 6 month contract.


The Bid Management Assistant is responsible for compiling pricing and proposal documents for the for the Global Business Services EMEA Sales Team. The Bid Management Assistant will report into the Regional Director, Sales, but will be required to follow and implement processes and templates set by the Global Bid Director.


Key Responsibilities:


– Prepare the bid response package that will be sent to the local offices


– Develop the proposal structure as per the company Proposal template and RF guidelines


-Develop a detailed task breakout, resource assignments and schedule to address all requirements specified in the RF. Confirm the expectations with the relevant stakeholders including feasible dates to deliver these items


– Consolidate fees received from multiple regions into complete, correct pricing table/s. Validating the fees and formulas to ensure accuracy


– Confirming with Sales that fees are in line with the client expectations, making necessary adjustments, re-submitting to the regions for review and approval. Incorporation into final response


– Collaborating closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the response is in line with the bid strategy and in compliance with TMF Group’s policies, as well as providing a compelling and accurate response to the client


Desired:


– 1-3 years previous experience in proposal writing and preparing pitch presentation documentation


– Fluency in both spoken and written English. Strong command of spelling, punctuation and grammar


– Excellent verbal communication and listening skills


– Proven experience of Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint


– Ability to work to tight timescales and multi-tasking to ensure that all bids are managed to a high standard


– An eye for detail and will be able to review, correct and offer constructive criticism for large documents from diverse sources


– Analytical approach


– An understanding of outsourced business services is an advantage, but not essential
