Facilities Administrator
A Corporate Bank in the City are now looking for a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager and provide general maintenance and administration support
Your responsibilities:
- Facilities administration
- General maintenance
- Organising and review of company insurances
- Recharging internal rent and service charges to all subsidiaries.
- Asset Management
- IT Promotor
- Audio visual support
- DSE assessor including management of DSE system and records
- Health and Safety support
- Post room support and cover
- Environmental Compliance Support
- Contactor Management in hours and out of hours if required
- Scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Access control management
You will need:
- Significant experience in facilities
- Significant experience in general maintenance
- Handling complaints and communicating at all levels
- Working within a corporate environment
- Experience working within hard and soft services
- Health & safety knowledge
- Organisational skills and flexibility
- Good use of own initiative
- Word/excel to advanced level
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven
- Results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality
- Able to travel within UK/Europe etc.
