My client is currently looking for commercially aware, high level graduates to join its sales team. Your role will be to develop new clients and generate business on an International scale. You will be selling industry leading employment and professional services to into various sectors in this business solutions graduate sales role.

My client has over 20 years experience in this market and they have grown significantly over the last 5 years. They now have offices in London, Singapore and New York.

With a track record of hiring the highest calibre Graduates and training them in all aspects of their sales cycle, they have an excellent reputation for training consultative business developers from scratch. They have ambitious plans to grow further this year across all of their offices, this opportunity if for their London, head office.

You will be a graduate with ideally a 2.1 in a Business, Technology, Legal or Science related degree. My client does significant amounts of business in the Emerging Markets so knowledge of these areas is an advantage. Due to the nature of their clients, international languages are an advantage as well, right now they are also looking for fluent German speakers so this could make you stand out from the rest!

Education and languages are important but so are your motivations, this is a sales role. You need to be driven and self motivated to work within this sector – You will be rewarded.

The starting Basic salary is up to £24,000, depending on experience. Commission will be paid on any business that you secure, you should earn £35k – £40k in your first year. You will also have international travel and a full benefits package included.
