Job Title: International Accounts Coordinator

Salary: Upto £32,000

As the International Accounts Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to provide support to the International Account Executives in the securing of International revenues in, through and out of the business. You will be expected to develop knowledge of the workings of their clients, documenting processes, operations and challenges, administer day to day manual operational processes, while ensuring the quick resolution to any queries raised.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
*Assisting with the processing of both incoming and outgoing International revenue, repertoire declarations, claims, mandate disputes, rights holder conflicts and customer data related to allocate CMOs.
*Assisting in allocated claims made by carrying out fact finding and problem solving as required to ensure claims are concluded satisfactorily.
*Assisting the International Accounts Executives to draft and refine detailed policies, processes, systems and training documentation in a timely manner.
*Supporting the production of detailed CMO reporting in a timely manner.
*Assisting the International Accounts Executives to document CMO operations.
*To coordinate incoming queries from Members.
*Supporting the team with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and systems to maximize revenues in, through and out of the business.
*Communicating effectively to all stakeholders, using a variety of methods to give consistent information, seek ideas and views about process improvements and general issues.
*Developing positive relationships with all internal stakeholders in order to ensure effectiveness in role.
*Providing accurate, professional and timely responses to all communications from customers.
