Maintenance Electrician
I am looking for domestic maintenance electricians in and around London, to carry out all aspects of electrical maintenance in a domestic setting. Fault finding and repair, testing and inspecting will be part of your daily work. There will also be some smoke alarm installation work.
You will need previous experience in social housing and residential environments as you will be working in occupied properties.. Housing association/Local Authority experience is preferred, but not essential.
The successful candidate will have:
*Knowledge of the current electrical standards – 17th edition regulations
*City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 Test and Inspect
*Experience across a broad range of electrical works
*The ability to perform electrical maintenance of domestic facilities
*Self motivation, with good organisational and communication skills and be part of a team
*Clean Drivers License
*Evidence of their qualifications
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent work.
