THE ROLE:
At The Dune Group we believe our customer should always come first and we strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. As a Sales Advisor your role will be to support the Management team to maximise the sales and profit of the store by following all company procedures and continually Delivering the Dune group Experience to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To continually strive to reach and exceed sales targets by offering excellent customer service to all customers by demonstrating Delivering The Dune experience.


• To consistently demonstrate our Brand Values by being: Friendly, Passionate, Energised, Stylish and Confident.


• To support the Management Team by completing tasks relating to the daily running of the store as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience


• Commercial awareness


• Excellent communication skills


• Customer focused


• Passionate about customer service, shoes and fashion
