Performance Marketing Consultant
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic acquisition and performance marketing professional to join a great team within a global family entertainment, media and retail organisation as a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Digital Marketing Director to establish strategies and best practices across key acquisition channels including Programmatic, PPC and CRM.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:
• Assisting the Digital Marketing Director in the creation of strategies and guidelines for digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels including CRM, PPC, Paid Social and particularly Programmatic.
• Working on marketing campaigns for the company’s interactive content and digital experiences across all platforms and media, including websites, apps and social games.
• Liaising with local digital teams across EMEA to establish marketing plans for each area.
• Identifying areas for improvement within current strategies, making recommendations and ensuring they are implemented.
The successful Performance Marketing Consultant will have the following attributes:
• Established product and performance marketing experience (at least 4 years) within the digital space.
• Proven experience of implementing programmatic marketing campaigns, ideally across the EMEA region.
• Experience of creating marketing guidelines / ‘Dos and Don’ts’ for digital marketing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical approach to marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A business approach to problems.
