We are looking for a smart Senior Product Manager to join our “findability” team to drive and shape strategic direction, roadmap and product definition for search features and functionality across all digital channels.
The findability team will help build a world-class, intuitive, and comprehensive navigation structure to optimize product discovery when searching and browsing on our site. With the aim of improving the customer experience and making it easy and fun to shop for products across our multiple channels (mobile, web and in store tablets).
What you’ll do
Improve the key search metrics through implementing the right strategies and product/relevancy definitions
Determine whether new features/functionality are having the desired impact and removing them from the channel if they are not
Define and continuously improve the process for evangelising new features
Improve the ability of the entire search product team to articulate the key search metrics throughout the organisation
Design and implement long term solutions to improve search relevancy and experiences working with Customer Experience, Engineering, Analytics and Stakeholders
Work with engineers building a state-of-the-art online search platform, advocating for customer expectations around relevancy and experiences throughout the organisation
Manage a high calibre team of product managers and taxonomists
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field
At least 5 years leading product management teams
