Our Perfect Software / Applications Support Consultant:

Let’s start with the basics:

• You will ideally have previous experience of supporting business applications


• You will have an understanding of processes and procedures relating to business critical systems


• You will have a flair for producing quality documentation, and helping people to understand and learn


• If you have any knowledge of UML (Unified Modelling Language) this would be lovely, although is not a requirement!


• Any experience in a training / support role would be ideal

Make us excited:

• You will be bubbly, with an outstanding telephone manner and even stronger customer service skills!


• We will also consider applications from candidates without a software background, as long as you can demonstrate the ability to quickly pick up new systems
