Team Secretary - HNWI & International Team





A hugely successful, award winning, market leading Global organisation based in beautiful offices in the heart of the vibrant West End are looking for a talented Team Secretary to support one of their existing teams.

The team you would be working with deal with clients Internationally and to this end we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Team Secretary who is looking to build a successful career in a dynamic environment.


The ideal candidate ideally would have fabulous IT skills, experience of working in a similar role, supporting a fast paced team and be fluent in English and French, or have an interest or educational background in French.


The role will call on all of your coordination, administration and organisational skills, as well as your top notch communication abilities.


You’ll be supporting the team with diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and client liaison as well as preparing a wide range of confidential documents via copy and audio typing.


There is also an element of marketing to this role, so someone with a creative flair would be ideal – you’ll be working on PR, marketing and events for the team.


Because of the International element of the role, we are looking for candidates that have lived, worked or extensively travelled to France, Italy and/or The Caribbean, which is where many of the HNW clients and projects are based.

In order to be considered for this role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:


– Audio and copy typing skills – 60 wpm min
– Strong MS Office skills and experience
– Experience of supporting a busy team
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – ideally with French as a 2nd language
– Exposure to working with HNWI
– Bags of initiative and a good sense of humour
– Strong self motivation and an adaptable, ‘can do’ nature
– Be able to start your new role by the end of March
