Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Mayfair, Central London – £23,000 basic, £35,000+ OTE after 6 months and £100,000+ (uncapped) after 1 year

ESG Recruitment is the leading supplier of Graduate and Graduate calibre 2nd jobber Trainee Recruitment Consultants to top tier Recruitment companies in Central London.
We are working exclusively with a Mayfair based Financial Headhunting firm who are looking to take on high quality Graduates (2016 Graduates welcome) or Graduate calibre 2nd/3rd jobbers to become their next wave of Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants as part of their ongoing expansion. Positions can start any time between March and August 2016 and require motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join a fast paced, uncapped commission leading recruitment company.
What is a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
If you are money motivated and want to be rewarded for the amount of work you put in, this role is for you. A Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant has the potential for high earnings within your first few months. You will work with clients ranging from successful well-known Investment Banks to specialised boutique firms, eg., Hedge Funds. You will be researching candidates and clients and cold calling to build relationships. You will meet clients regularly in the office and across London, as well as organising interviews and managing candidates throughout the Recruitment process.
Candidate Profile of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent or 2016 Graduate from any discipline, university or grade OR…
- Graduate calibre 2nd/3rd jobbers – many Consultants here do not have a degree
- Demonstrable competitiveness outside of studies (e.g. sports at a high level).
- Sales experience would be advantageous.
- Drive and motivation to succeed.
- Time management and organisation skills.
