Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Location: London.

Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission once completed training period.

Sector: Contract and interim Recruitment – Public Sector / Financial Services / Commerce & Industries.

Training and Development – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Training with this client is an ongoing process, as they like to promote from within. During your initial 3 months, you will embark on a combination of training and mentoring at the desk from managers and directors, alongside additional formal training. Your personal development will continue with a series of two day workshops designed to enhance your skills further, specialising in various domains including Legal, IT and Accounting to ensure you become an expert in your own area.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database.


• Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search.


• Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage.


• Exposure to a sales or an office environment would be advantageous.


• 2:1 Degree or equivalent (2.2 will be accepted with other extracurricular activities & achievements).


• Money motivation and ambition are key.
