G4S Events is Europe’s leading provider of event customer service stewards and crowd management control. We are currently recruiting Customer Care Specialists to work at British Summer Time in ‘Hyde Park’ where artists include Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons and Take That with more to be announced.

Role Responsibility:

You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team that helps to keep events safe and secure throughout.

In addition to work in your local area you may on occasion be given the opportunity to work at other events in the UK.

You must have accommodation in the London area and be able to travel to and from Hyde Park at your own expense.

There are a variety of roles for Customer Service Stewards which you may be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:

· Ticket checking

· Specialist Teams

· Crowd Monitoring

· Hospitality Stewarding

Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.

The Ideal Candidate:

Successful applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an aptitude for working with the public. A friendly, approachable and professional manner are all important, however, flexibility is key. Ideally applicants should have some previous stewarding or customer service experience; however, this is not essential.
