You will need to be a capable Geography Teacher who has 2 years of teaching experience and slip into your new role with ease. You should have the capability to have a genuine, quantifiable passion for education. You will be able to inspire pupils to build confidence in the learning process and develop high personal expectations. The 2ic element will give you a chance to test your and at management, analysing the data of the Geography department with the Head of Geography.
