My clients are a large independent estate agency based in the Balham area who due to continued success for looking for an experienced individual to join their busy team.

They are looking for a driven and hard working Lettings Negotiator with strong customer service skills who has a proven track record of success in the Lettings industry, as well as a current holder of a full clean UK driving licence.

Working as a Lettings Negotiator for my clients you main duties will include arranging and conducting viewings, canvassing for new business and liaising with both tenants and landlords.

The is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun working environment with real future progression available into a valuers position for the right candidate.

In return, my clients are offering a basic salary of between £15,000 – £18,000, with potential on target earnings of £35,000.
